Handling bulk payments / scheduled payments - keep tracking the status 5. Sundry Debtors / Creditors reconciliation 6. Complete vendor tracking on their advance / outstanding bills 7. Employee Advances tracking / follow up / reconciliation 8. HO Imprest Cash managing. 9. Processing travel bills/reimbursement bills of employees 10. Sound knowledge in TDS / remittance/filing of return. 11. Sound knowledge in GST / reconciliation/providing information to Taxation. 12. Knowledge in Foreign remittance supply/service. 13. Bank reconciliation and posting rectification entries 14. Handling Fixed Assets register - tracking movements/addition/deletion 15. Prepaid expense tracking and amortisation on a monthly basis 16. MIS for monthly provisioning for unbooked expenses 17. Intercompany/control account reconciliation 18. Preparing all schedules required for Internal / External audit
