Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance - EduTech

Roles & Responsibilities :

Min. 3 years experience in managing Accounts in a growth stage company

- Manage accounting operations at a corporate level including Cost Centres- Accounting, Expenses & Payables Management and petty cash management

- Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions

- Owning the Monthly closing process for books of accounts

- Preparing, analyzing & presenting financial MIS & insights to the management on a regular basis

- Take ownership for budgeting & overseeing the overall financial discipline of the company

- Ensuring the timely completion and submission of financial and statistical reporting for stakeholders and regulatory agencies

- Assist process teams in automating processes, developing internal controls across SOPs and manage risk

- Own month end and year end closing processes

- Liaison with auditors & consultants and take ownership for audit & due diligence closures

- Budgeting & MIS: Monitor budget utilization along with actual financial results. Preparation of data for Monthly P&L report and other MIS Reports

- Taxation: To ensure that TDS deduction is done as per law. To prepare TDS Data for the Return
