Sr Manager - Accounts & Finance

Key Relationship :

Internal : Accounts Team,

External : Tax Offices, Insurance Agents.

Job Objectives :

- Handling all banking transactions.

- Looking after TDS working & returns.

- Handling Statutory Compliance's.

- Looking after financial accounts.

- Looking after day to day accounting.

- Coordinating with Govt agencies.

- Payment allocation.

- Passing of purchase bills.

- Supporting the colleagues for any official matters.

- Verification of Income tax deduction details and filing of returns and issuance of Form 16A

- Computation of Tax liability of Employees and deductions and issuance of Form 16.

- Monitoring the payment of salary and related matters.

- Finalization of accounts, preparation of quarterly balance sheet.

- Preparation of Tax audit/Assessment details.

- Preparation of companys accounts and finalization of account.

- Preparation of Personal accounts and filing of the IT Returns of the family members of MD.

- Monitoring the Insurance matters.

- Monitoring of statutory payments.

- Any other matters which are to be attended on day today basis.

- Any other matters assigned from time to time.
