Job Details :

- Ensure all accounting related to distillery plant to be completed on time.

1. Handling regular accounting related issues through subordinate staff.

2. Balance sheet related work: Quarterly & Annual

a. Interaction & Preparation of various details as required by auditors.

b. Preparation of Quarterly & Annual results of the company for publishing in news papers.

c. Preparation of Notes to Accounts, Cash Flow, Fixed assets schedule and Complete Balance Sheet

d. Interacting with Internal Stake holders at Plant Location and HO to ensure all financial data are submitted properly.

3. Preparation of Monthly working capital statement

4. Review of Plant Overhead and ensure circulation to management on time.

5. Preparation of various details required by management for investors meet ( Eg. Ratios, Consumption Pattern etc.)

6. Fixed Assets additions / deletion related accounting entries.

7. Bills verification of packing material related to Company Location & RPP.

8. Ensure timely payment to packing material vendor CL & Pet

9. Daily authorization of Journal Voucher & Cash Voucher.

10. TA bills checking & passing of Sr. Executives (GM & above).

11. Supervision of Gratuity Trust Accounting.

12. Signing of cheques, cash vouchers, including staff reimbursement vouchers.

13. Preparation of various statically data report, submitted to National Statically department

14. Co 2 Plant accounting.

15. Press mud, Rice husk & Bio compost accounting.

16. Ensure timely booking and control over accounting related to DDGS

17. Control over Salary, Scrap & Revenue Accounting

18. Providing various details for legal cases such as PF, central excise etc.

19. Other Misc. work as per instructions of seniors
