- Qualified Accountant /CA- Able to transfer process knowledge from the regions and perform finance line activities within O2C and R2R

- Map the processes, standardize the processes the majority of this will be R2R and O2C but there maybe some P2P.

- Able to be self-sufficient and take on day to day operational processes and tasks. In some cases this will be transferring the knowledge from the region to themselves and then to the new team
