This opportunity is with IT Services company The position : This position will be responsible for performing the global consolidation of the financials of the company and generating financial statements in compliance with Ind AS. This position will also be&nbsp;responsible for the Company's direct tax compliance, tax planning, and accounting for income taxes. The role will be responsible for managing external audits and tax compliances. The individual should be comfortable working directly with senior management of the company as well as internal and external auditors and tax consultants. Key Responsibilities would include : - Preparation, accurate reporting and filing of Annual Reports of the company's consolidated&nbsp;financials and standalone financials of the subsidiaries - Coordinates direct plans and executes the financial reporting component of the external&nbsp;audit. - Establish and manage financial reporting deadlines including communication of key dates and&nbsp;calendar - Coordinate directly with internal and external auditors. Ensure timely process audits - Assist in reviewing financial statement releases and related financial information for board&nbsp;and investors - Manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly close and consolidation process, working closely&nbsp;with the appropriate stakeholder - Oversight of the tax returns in India for the Company's international subsidiaries - Coordination of accounting for income taxes for international subsidiaries with the third party&nbsp;vendors. - Working with external tax consultants in Preparing relevant transfer pricing reports - Oversight of transfer pricing documentation and implementation of global pricing policies - Leads all financial research efforts, Researches and concludes on new and proposed&nbsp;accounting, reporting and disclosure standards - Ensuring Tax compliances in coordination with tax consultants. Preparation of corporate tax&nbsp;returns for India and International locations with the help of external tax consultants Desirable Skills and Competencies : - Qualified Chartered Accountant - Strong technical accounting and analysis skills - 10 years- experience in the field of finance - Preferred experience with top 4 audit firm - Experience working with accounting and consolidation systems. - Business support, cash flow, and cost management - Good written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
