Its an MNC, captive finance into Auto finance. A premium NBFC in chennai.This role need experience in IFRS and Indian GAAP. Experience from NBFC or Banking is must.

DESCRIPTION

- Work experience: 4 to 7 years post qualification financial accounting and reporting experience in similar finance function in industry

- Education: Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant (CWA)

CA, ICWA is must

- Ability to plan and prioritise activities whilst maintaining accuracy and adhering to strict deadlines.

- Good Business acumen and ability to proactively work with the other lines of business

- Proactive attitude, willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within pre-determined timeframes.

The ability to ask the right (problem/solution focused) question.

System skills - SAP, MS Office 2.Competencies

Technical skills: Excellent accounting knowledge, IFRS and I-GAAP for Non-Banking Financial Services. Process Excellence (e.g. Kaizen or 6 Sigma or PMP)

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to take ownership of a task or process and see it through from inception to completion

- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and an ability to appropriately prioritize

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and out of the box thinking

- Ability to comply with daily, weekly and monthly reporting timelines without requiring much follow ups - Process knowledge: In-depth understanding of the processes in the NBFC industry

Language skills: English, Hindi, Tamil.

This role need experience in IFRS and Indian GAAP. Experience from NBFC or Banking is must.
