Senior Manager/Account Manager - PR Firm

Job Responsibilities:

- Generating and cultivating new client relationships and opportunities. Establish and take ownership of relationships with assigned accounts/clients.

- Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for selected accounts/clients.

- Proficiently identify, address, and resolve relatively complex client issues related to performance and scope.

- Display an advanced understanding of and keen interest in client businesses and sectors, including competitor analysis, influencer engagement, audience insights, and stakeholder perspectives.

- Develop a specialized focus within a specific sector or discipline and cultivate relationships with industry professionals, media, and influencers to enhance professional standing in that area.

- Lead campaigns for multinational organizations and serve as a subject matter expert in this domain.

- Provide clear and supportive briefs to teams for the creation of creative content across various media, including design, photography, apps, websites, and video.

- Stay well-informed about current events, industry trends, and their relevance to client situations.

- Independently manage multiple accounts, nurturing and expanding mid to senior-level client relationships.

- Identify potential leads and growth opportunities within existing clients and explore broader prospects for new business.

- Deliver comprehensive status reports for Review Meetings with clients, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
