Senior Manager - Account Management - BFSI (8-12 yrs)
- Planning and supervising changes and managing the daily operations of customer service of Accounts under Branch.
- Responsible for the efficient functioning of CRM by ensuring that the Team maintain the SLA & TAT.
- Ensuring the Renewal and Retention of clients allocated to Branch & achieving Operational efficiency of Clients.
- Managing good Relation with Key stakeholders & conducting weekly / monthly quarterly meetings with the clients/brokers/insurance company to ensure smooth running of the business.
- Maintain the Cost Control within the Branch.
- Ensuring successful transition and stabilization of new business allocated to branch.
- To Liaison with internal stakeholder to ensure the deadline of TAT's and SLA's & Work towards Designated Tasks.
- Maintaining current knowledge of industry new developments, productions, and involvement in network communication.
