Primary Skills
- Strong domain knowledge - Extensive work experience in Procurement Processes in Senior Management / Transformational Consultant role's. 5-7 years experience in Procurement Function (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order Creation) is a must.
- Partner's with Clients to identify opportunities in order to impact Business Metrics
- Excellent Data Interpretation Skills and Strong Story Telling Skills around the Data
- Handle client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&A Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps etc.
- Good (English) communication skills and the ability to interact with both external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and other data collection specialists.
- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
- Hands-On experience on any of the analytical tools (SAS, - R-, Tableau etc)
Job responsibilities:
- Is a strong - Subject Matter Expert- in - Procurement Processes-
- Conceptualize and define Business Metrics relevant to the engagement's & take complete ownership for driving them
- Oversee the development of such metrics (targeted business outcomes achieved)- by providing guidance and feedback to the operations team
- Anchor key discussions with the clients around Procurement Processes, ERP gaps etc
- Participate in the advancement of Infosys Analytics solutions
- Conduct trainings to end users (Infosys) on Procurement Analytical Solutions
- Procurement Data Classification - classify invoice and PO records to a specified hierarchy
