Job Role:

- Preparing Sales plans for Pharma Products in accordance with Business Plans of company; generating reports for apprising management of the progress.

- Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

- Setting up sales objectives, ensuring accomplishment of targets by generating reports and modifying processes to ensure smooth sales & marketing.

- Carrying out various promotional activities for the products to the core customers.

- Strengthening relationships with key accounts; ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them complete product support.

- Coordinating with the C&F, ensuring smooth and profitable operations..

- Planning work, schedules weekly and monthly timetables by discussing targets as well as attending Company Meetings, Technical Data Presentations and Briefings. Meeting Doctors, etc.

- Leading a marketing team in all sales related assignments and promoting the company's products in the Region allotted to achieve or exceed the target.

- Maintaining the productivity, development & discipline of the team members.
