Senior Management Role - Retail Asset Operations - NBFC

Opening for Top Management role with listed NBFC in Mumbai

Job responsibilities :

As an Head, the incumbent would be required to :

- Manage & drive the entire operations, loan management & customer service department.

- Responsible for managing the related technology system, team, infrastructure, and competence development and improvement.

- Heading Operations for Mortgage business - Document Verification, Customer Deliverables, Storage of Documents, Closure of Loans & issuance of NOC, etc.

- Manage the entire Operation department cost and budgets.

- Liasioning with various Agencies & Vendors.

- Liaison with the finance team of the company to ensure proper recon of the funds disbursed.

- Effective financial accounting for the SME & Retail assets business & management and regulatory reporting therefore.

- Desired Candidate Profile:- Retail Asset Operations

Education : CA/MBA

Sector Exposure : Min 10+Yrs of experience of Retail Asset Operation / Asset Operation from any of the Retail Bank/NBFC.

Experience : Min 12+Yrs of experience post CA/MBA

Required skills : Retail Asset Operation, Asset operation, Mortgage operations, loan operation, etc.
