- Experienced in the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Retention, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Change Management, Labour Relations, Training & Development etc.
