Senior management Level - Digital Initiatives Team

Role :

- Plan and device digital product roadmap to drive online acquisition, revenue & profitability

- Customize existing asset, liability and investment product to be sold on mobile and online platform ( for prospective & existing customers)

- Create Mobile first product strategy for the bank

- Commission market research, focused group and consumer insight based product approach

- Drive innovation lead approach around payments, transaction, social platform, wearables

- Collaborate with vendors & ecosystem players to create and launch innovative, digital& market first products.

- Manage portfolio and adoption of existing digital product in partnership with segment & channel owners

- Understand risk, compliance and security aspects of products

- Manage Product P&L, promotion and customer experience

Skills :

- Ability to conceptualize and implement projects in agile manner.

- Creative, analytical, collaborative and technical skills

- Ability to foster partnership, alliance with internal and external stakeholder

- Project management skills

Qualification :

- Engineering graduate with MBA

- 7-10 years in driving new product development, innovation, new business vertical

- Understanding of various technology, use cases in BFSI, payments, fintech space
