Desired Profile:

- Working knowledge of drafting contracts related to business leasing, land purchasing, service provider.

- Negotiating skill for discussion with external agencies with respect to contracts.

- Awareness of applicable laws and relevance of the same.

- Liasioning with internal customers

- Negotiating skill for discussion with external agencies with respect of contracts.

Job Role:

- Drafting various agreements as per guidelines of the company

- To prepare checklist of obligations as per agreements and obtain feedback / confirmation on compliance

- Drafting the skill of purchase of Property

- Documents management system

- To ensure early notification of renewals & co-ordinate with concerned departments

- Liaisoing with divisions - Audit of Agreements - generating gap report

- Formulations of processes for regulations of requests for contracts

- Conducting preliminary due diligence on acquisition transactions

- Checking of minimum Requisite documents received for contract drafting

- To manage and be the custodian of executed agreements

- Leasing of property including licensing agreements and knowledge of stamp duty in various states.
