Senior Manage/DGM - Internal Audit - Real Estate - CA

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

Internal Financial Control (IFC)

- IFC testing

- Follow up testing for IFC

- Running self-assessment for all controls twice a year

Dashboards:

1. Preparation of Monthly ATR Dashboard

2. Action taken reports (ATRs) for management on periodic basis

3. Follow up & Interactions with the process owners to bring down open issues in ATR and timely implementation of the action plans

4. Assistance to the Process Owner for any ATR Tool related help.

5. Coordination for Backend updates with the ATR Tool Developers, i.e., AriaTech

Audit Management Committee:

1. Carrying out reviews and Internal audits assigned by Audit Committee and Management

2. Preparation of post Audit Management committee notes

Others :

1. Assisting external auditors for all Audit related requirements & data requirements

2. Assisting seniors as & when required.

3. Coordination with Statutory Auditors pertaining to IA matters.

4. Carrying out special audits as directed by Management
