Our client, one of India's leading and largest Asset Management Companies (Mutual Fund) with an AUM of Rs. 2.43 Lakh Crore is seeking Senior Litigation Professionals at its corporate office based in Mumbai.  JOB PURPOSE:  To assist the legal team in:  (a) Initiating and pursuing the various litigation(s) matters filed by the Company; and  (b) To defend the interest of the Company in various cases filed against the Company.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Overall Litigation Management  - Drafting notices, reply(ies), appeals, claims, pleadings, notes of arguments, affidavits etc.  - Coordination with advocates, counsels, law firms  - Coordination with internal customers  - Litigation Strategy  SKILLS REQUIRED:  - Sound knowledge and understanding of Recovery laws, Negotiable Instruments Act and Consumer Protection Act  - Strong interpretation & drafting skills  - Ability to produce quick turnaround of documents  - Multi-tasking abilities  - Conversant and updated on statutes/laws  - Likes to keep himself/ herself abreast of relevant regulatory/ legal developments/ recent Court rulings  QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:  - LLB/LLM  - 7 - 10 years of extensive court experience
