Senior Level - Trade Support   We have a senior role with one the Investment Bank in Gurgaon.  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Ensure timely and accurate capture of trade data booked by the trading desk.  - Will Lead the Trade Control team & Trade Analysts in India.  - Able to provide strategic direction on strong Life Cycle management of Trade Control process  - Needs to have a strong understanding of the Trade Life cycle with adequate experience in Trade and Product Control processes.  - Experience in regulatory and operational risk.  - Strong Products knowledge of FX, Rates, Credit and Mortgage   - Develop and implement new processes, systems and participates in strategic planning  - Review roles and responsibilities with a view to aligning functions/processes across trade support  - Deliver best practice operating model.  Key Skills :  - Overall experience of 20+ years with relevant in Investment Bank for 15+ years.   - Should have handled large team size.  Ankita Sawant
