Senior Legal Role - Zonal Business - NBFC

- Providing day-to-day legal support in the form of advisory and legal documentation to business partners on legal matters/issues to ensure legal compliance and protecting companies interest in documentation

- Professional with expertise in providing legal services in relation to Housing Loan/Mortgages.

- Contract management: Drafting, reviewing and finalizing business contracts, review of loan documentation

- Scrutiny/Due-diligence of Title documents of property being proposed to mortgage.

- Scrutiny and Vetting of Title Search Report of property & Project Report (APF cases) prepared by Advocate.

- Handling of LOS and PDD
