Key Requirements:

- Ability to work in high pressure environment

- Good collaboration skills with Leadership team (CXOs)

- Previously worked in complex org structure (org with operations in multiple countries)

- Previously worked on Shareholder's agreement, Vendor agreement, Policy drafting & review

- Responsible for drafting & vetting of various agreements including but not limited to business agreements, MOUs, NDAs, Shareholders Agreement, Definitive Agreements, Supplier Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Term Sheet etc.;

- Having clear understanding of laws, rules and regulations and also updated with all the regulatory changes as required to discharge the duties;

- Co-ordination and liaison with external counsel in India and Abroad with regards to potential legal, financial and reputational risk arising from civil as well as criminal disputes and litigations through proactive & timely interventions, revieing and drafting of court proceedings & judicial documents & providing strategic advise and guidance to the management;

- Drafting of legal notices, replies, rejoinder etc and co-ordination with external legal counsel in all litigation matters of the Group

- Maintenance and updating of Legal MIS Report and keep track of various legal aspects which have affect on the working of the Group

- Advising various departments and group companies on various legal aspects applicable to the Group

- Proactive and timely implementation and execution of tasks and assignments

- Maintaining repository of all contracts executed by Group Companies with Suppliers, Customers & Business Heads

- Drafting of various agreements applicable for Group companies

- Providing legal perspective and comments in relation to various agreements shared by third parties

- Coordinating and providing relevant documents/information with external Law firms

- Reviewing of General Terms & Conditions applicable to all Vendors dealing with the Group Company and ensuring that none of the provisions of the T&C are tampered with by the Vendors and granting legal approval to create Vendor Codes on SAP

- Preparing Risk Assessment Terms of Agreements/ documents in relation to the various Customers dealing with the Group Company or any of its affiliates
