Job Description : Commercial Leasing

Client Details : Privately owned real estate company with a large presence in South India - Commercial complexes, Offices, Malls, residential properties

Description :

1. Drafting documents (LOI's, Agreements to lease, Lease Deeds, Annexures and other supplementary documents).
2. Leading the negotiations with clients, IPC's and their advocates in consultation with a senior legal team member.
3. Advising Leasing team on legal implications of terms agreed or proposed during commercial negotiations
4. Reviewing drafts and negotiating changes with clients and finalising documents
5. Devising innovative solutions to resolve issues that get dead locked with clients
6. Drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts
7. Interacting with clients for negotiating and closure of the documentation.

Profile :

- Individual with an LL.B. Qualification
- Manager / Senior Manager - 6-12 years

- GM/AVP - 12-20 years
