Senior Legal Manager - LLB - IT

Position: Sr. Legal Manager

Location: Mubmbai

CTC: Max16LPA

Note: Looking For IT Company, Currently Mumbai Locations are available, Post Qualification Experience is Must.

Legal :

Contract management - Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and vetting contracts and various types of legal documents and regular business contracts. These could include both domestic and international agreements.

- Advisor to the company on all legal matters including commercial laws and other relevant laws.

Formulate legal processes for the company including processes for managing customer relations, investor relations, legal notices and any other related areas.

- Liaison with government departments and officials to ensure the Company is in compliance with applicable statutes

- Build and maintain relationships with Regulatory bodies

- Knowledge and experience of Indian labour/contract and other applicable corporate laws.

- Keeping track of Legal Compliances under different applicable national and international laws.

- Coordinate with attorney firms and consultants in pursuance of the duties and responsibilities as required.

Desired Skills :

- Qualified LLB with minimum of 6-8 years' experience in legal function preferably in a listed company.

- Excellent knowledge in the areas of Company Law, SEBI, Stock Exchange Listing Agreements, Secretarial Practices, commercial laws

- Strong commercial acumen with quality analytical, communication and presentation skills. Should have excellent drafting skills

- Excellent people management skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders including external legal counsel, SEBI, other Regulators and even irate customers if required

- Strong business partnering orientation. Will need to work closely across levels within the company and would have a close working relationship with the Financial Controller
