Senior Legal Manager - Business Advisory - LLB/LLM - Law Firm

Executive Hiring is looking for a Senior Manager - Business Advisory - Legal for a Large MNC, based at Mumbai.

Required : LLB / LLM with 6-9 years of work experience preferably in FMCG, Telecom, IT, ITeS, ISP, Internet, retail or Broadcasting Sector, of which at least initial 2-4 years of experience in a law firm is preferred.

- Ensuring value creation and monetization opportunities for the business while drafting and negotiating contracts

- Provide strategic advice to business teams on copyright law and policy matters and take proactive enforcement actions through contractual commitments and anti-piracy initiatives to prevent value erosion of intellectual Property rights

- Mitigate risks for the organization through timely interventions or preemptive actions with regulators, government or third party vendors and create the ability to enforce the company's rights through a calibrated litigation or dispute resolution mechanism

- Develop and implement a Contract Management system and contract audit & compliance process

- Closing working with Lead business advisory team to ensure that they become trusted advisors to the business teams.
