Senior Legal Counsel - Company Secretary - Technology Business

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Engage with the engineers and scientist at JFWTC (Our Campus) in their efforts to collaborate with external entities on Technology Collaboration, and to bring their discussions to a conclusive and binding Contract between the parties.

- Foster and cultivate collaborative relationships with legal teams within India to ensure synergy and consistent practices for Aerospace.

- As Company Secretary, leverage knowledge and insights from these legal interactions to uphold corporate governance standards, streamline compliance processes, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of legal and corporate governance operations as per established norms in Company regulations.

- Adept in handling the company's corporate governance work, meeting regulatory requirements, and administering the procedures and records of the company.

- Prepare and file relevant accounts and reports.

- Advises and assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling their legal obligations and oversees the company's compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.

- Work with General Counsel Aerospace Research in day-to-day legal strategies of John F Welch Technology Center including research activities and site operations.

- Assist site with contractual frameworks required to run the site in a commercially viable way.

- Counsel and assist internal clients with a business like and solution-based approach.

- Engage with Leadership at Aerospace Research to understand directionally what the leadership thinks and to ensure that all legal advice factors for such vision.

- Becoming a trusted advisor to engineering leaders in multiple Aerospace research sector
