Senior Learning & Development Role - Airlines - Contract

Our client is India's largest airline.

The position be responsible for design and development of learning content for the organization and to assist content head in planning and overseeing project deliveries. There would be a high focus on digitization of learning and handling the distribution of learning through LMS and other applications.

- Innovative interactive learning solutions

- Skill gap analysis and training needs identification

- Creation of innovative content - digital and instructor led

- Timely delivery of all learning projects

- Keeping abreast of new learning technologies and application

- Learning Management System
