Senior Leadership - Strategy Research - Insurance

- Looking for candidates with strong exp in Financial Services - MORE ON INSURANCE ) wherein we are looking for Some who has exp on research , analysis , Market Assessment, Strategy Development and Business Planning, Competitor Assessment, Research Analysis:, Financial Analysis

- Must have Experience in Cost optimization , cost reduction,market assessment, market sizing and analysis, customer analysis, trend analysis, Evaluate market trends, value chain, competition, business and operational models, customer segments, regulations, channel strategies, identify opportunities for market entry, market expansion and growth operational improvement, including resolving integration issues and synergy assessment, headcount and facilities optimization etc;

- Leading and coaching subsector team through scoping, execution, and delivery of company analysis and recommendations (annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc updates)

- Ensuring analysis and recommendations are complete, accurate, and actionable -Embedding knowledge transfer and daily coaching in interactions with assigned team

- Ensuring best practices, methods, new data sources, tips & tricks are captured and catalogued centrally

- Developing and sustaining relationships with client teams on assigned companies

- Staying current on insights and themes from x-capability teams and ensure they inform analysis

- Tracking, monitoring, and following up with client teams on feedback Must have specific Skills (Example : SQL, Tableau, SAS, Project management, Business Development, etc)

- Demonstrates knowledge and/or proven record of success either in a professional consulting services or corporate roles (9+ years of experience), in one or more of the following sectors:

- Insurance -Banking and Capital Markets: consumer finance, retail banking, capital projects and infrastructure, financial markets, financial services, and fintech

- Asset and Wealth Management: wealth management, broker dealer, real estate, REITs, and fintech

- Insurance: property and casualty, reinsurers, life, annuities, group & retirement, and speciality insurers

- Private Equity In-depth knowledge of one or more resources/data sets such as the below would be greatly valued:

- Simfund -Convergence

- Pitchbook

- S&P Global MI

- Investment Company Institute

The Candidate should have deep experience in public / private company analysis, with the following specific skills and capabilities:

- Ability to identify key priority growth areas for a company and recommend potential transformational initiatives that would result in margin improvement

- Ability to draw insights from a company's commercial strategy across multiple other inputs including cost and operating model, valuation, talent and culture, digital & cyber, ESG, macro and geopolitical, Risk and regulatory, and deals

- Robust knowledge and experience (9+ years) of one or more of the following sectors: banking and capital markets; asset and wealth management; insurance; and private equity

- Comprehensive understanding of the industry / sector value chain for all segments, and ability to define the total addressable market, growth forecasts, competition and interactions, and value exchanges

- Ability to identify key market trends and what investments are required to align with market trends and strategic priorities

- Demonstrates exceptional project management skills (team quarterback) and ability to lead diverse teams across multiple capabilities and competencies

- Attention to detail with a focus on analytic quality and fusion
