Role and Responsibilities:
- Looking for a person to lead and scale up an organization that works to reform school leadership among low income schools in India
- It would involve leading a team of bright, young, passionate professionals working in an entrepreneurial environment to bring about landmark reforms in the Indian Education system
- Deliver a long term strategic vision and ensure delivery of high quality services
- The role involves inspiring the team, attracting resources, fund raising, forming partnerships, working and communicating with stakeholders
- Should be able to work in an unstructured environment
- Ability to manage people, stakeholders in a strategic top management role and manage city expansions, internal communication with the board etc
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates should be from pedigree educational institutes
- Should have worked in organizations with best practices.
- Work experience 10-12 years.
- Prerequisite is a passion for education.
- The person should have handled a scale up for a division or an organization.
- Very good communication and presentation skills
