Senior Leadership Role - RPA & P&L Head - BPO/KPO

We are having an opening with one of the largest BPO/ KPO

Location: Bangalore/ Delhi/ Mumbai/ Pune

Exp: 10 yrs+

Level: Sr Leadership Level

We are looking for the candidates who will be leading the RPA projects, handling multiple clients and should be involved in doing P&L also.

- Partner with Delivery and Solution Leads to implement and run the global framework to capitalize on robotics opportunities

- Lead and Own the P&L for RPA product with defined yearly targets

- Work with process-improvement teams and vendor partners to analyze and understand business processes.

- Engage directly, or through vendors, with process owners / subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather business process details and identify solution requirements.

- Craft the business case for each initiative to evaluate feasibility

- Design automated process solutions (i.e. Robots) in accordance with standard (Blue Prism) design principles and conventions.

- Work with central development team to build scalable and efficient process automation and reusable components that can be used across different processes.

- Manage the creation and maintenance of solution documentation.

- Manage testing and document results.

- Serve as an expert, trusted, advisor to senior management on RPA matters
