Senior Leadership - Life Sciences Operations

We have an urgent opportunity with one of the largest BPO/ KPO

Location : Kolkata

Level : Sr Leadership Level

- Should have handled atleast 700+ people

- Should have experience into Lifescience and clinical operations

- Sound knowledge of Life Sciences domain ( Clinical Operations, Drug Safety, Regulatory, Commercial Ops & others)

- Strong leadership skills for driving excellence

- Analytical & numerical skills.

- Decision making & problem solving with good insight on numbers

- Experience in initiating and driving automation projects

- Excellent communicator

- At least 4-5 years of program management experience of global client engagements

- Lead and Manage Life Sciences Data / Voice process of 1000 FTE+
