JOB DESCRIPTION

Finance Transformation

- Lead the finance transformation programme ensuring the development and implementation of new service models that promotes efficiency, customer service, and delivers substantial efficiency savings that are compliant with statutory requirements.

- Apply leading practice around process, organization, technology, service excellence and design across all core finance areas.

- Accountable for ensuring supplier's compliance with contractual requirements and develops and governs remediation plans when necessary. Provides operations oversight of the BPO supplier performance. Oversees the execution of supplier risk management, HR, leadership and employee development programs and performance deliverables. Ensures the supplier risk aligns with the business and Client's-Costumer risk appetite.

- Serves as a proactive liaison between business operations teams and supplier when needed. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of supplier relationship management, compliance and industry changes to provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Responsible for measuring and reporting vendor adherence to SLAs, KPIs on a regular basis to business owners.
