Job description

- Environment : Work within a highly focused, dynamic and agile division that centers its principles and deliverables on the customer. Will be THE DIGITAL ARCHITECT LEAD who will set the directions and execute in the evolving world of digital

- Expectations:

Lead architecture engagements and major transformation execution through execution phases and where applicable drive internal, client and third party vendor mixed teams

Engage clients with varying degrees of maturity at the CxO level to lead innovation and the development of strategy.

Develops and establishes oneself as an industry and organization's Digital thought leader in next generation architecture fields and open source technologies.

Support new and start-up engagements working with the wider Digital Team providing hands on strategic direction setting, architecture design, and support the build out/hire of new teams in key accounts and geographies. Supports significantly in sales and delivery of complex initiatives

- Responsible for providing technical leadership to digital transformation initiatives. Mentoring the teams, and driving the success of engagements. Will come with well-rounded experience of working on numerous complex digital/non digital transformation engagements, with significant international exposure and working with the clients, ability to undertake travels, strong communication skills, and ability to learn and adopt and define new guiding patterns

Skills and Experience

- IT experience of 18-20 years, with last 7-8 years in Digital space. Having rich experience in architecting "Digital solutions" in more than one area including Digital Commerce, Marketing, Content Analytics, Mobile, IoT. Has a strong working in web based technologies as well with the digital processes - agile/devOps/patterns

- Strong international exposure with Fortune 500 clients in lead roles - working at client places as well in India.

- Strong Digital & Enterprise Architecture skills, including technical architecture and business architecture

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Significant experience in Digital Channels, eco-systems and integrated back end systems

- Has experience and familiar with agile design concepts

- Excellent team building, leadership and interpersonal skills

- Ideally a mix of experience in clients and experience in vendor / service companies / consultancies

- Ideally established industry presence, including publications and conference engagements
