Senior Leadership Level - Investment Banking Middle Office Operations

- Optimized Trade Controls and Lifecycle Management on Strategic platforms.

- Embedding IB Data governance and data quality practices into BAU

- Reduction of Manual Processing and reconciliation

- Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders within BANK and related customer business areas.

- To be accountable for the aggregate plan and delivery of systems, operations and general operating model in-country.

- Partner with global counterparts and to be the business partner to peer infrastructure groups like Finance, Risk, Technology and key contributor in working with these infrastructure teams to further business objective.

- Responsible executive for risk and control oversight for all functions across IB MO in India.

- Conflict resolution in a high-pressure environment.

- Management and oversight of team and daily functions completed in Mumbai/Chennai including direct ownership of specific functions and remits.

- Ability to leverage the local understanding and relationships with other market players in similar industry to bring out the best practices.
