Senior Leadership Level - Finance Transformation

- Lead BFS wide transformation projects and finance performance improvements.

- Act as a change agent/coach to sustain changes.

- To help deliver the target finance operating model and translate financial strategy by leveraging change management, transformation, and process design methodology into standardized business process design.

- To develop, co-ordinate and drive the delivery of process analysis, identification of process improvements/impacts of business changes and develop comprehensive process documentation.

- To conduct analysis of operations to propose fact-based opportunities and recommend solutions based on similar experiences.

- Work with the finance process owners and Finance Systems Group to assess the finance landscape and provide insight and past experience to provide innovative finance solutions and hypotheses.

- Manage, inspire, motivate, supervise and support staff in the department so as to deliver the outcomes set out in the finance programme plans.
