Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our Middle East team as the Senior Sales Leader .
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our operations in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including developing and implementing a strategic plan for growth and expansion, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to customers.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the GCC team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team achieves their goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for GCC expansion, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that GCC efforts are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with GCC clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our product and service.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise with GCC clients, providing solutions that are in the best interest of the client and the company.
- Work with the team to create and deliver training programs for GCC clients, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use our ERP software.
- Develop and manage the GCC budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that expenses are in line with the company's financial goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the GCC team, using data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the GCC region, such as government officials, industry associations, and other relevant organizations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the GCC region, using this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in the GCC region.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's/P.G degree in business, international relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in international business or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results.
- Experience in the software industry and/or knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
