Looking for Product Engineering or R&amp;D senior leader Education: B.Tech from tier-1 college MBA is preferred - Atleast 12 years of experience in Product Engineering either in a Consulting firm or in High Tech or Internet companies - Strong exp with Product Design, Product Engineering &amp; Product Management experience - Hands on knowledge on Product Design Tools (PLM, ALM) - Managing and leveraging core product definition data across the extended enterprise, use of digital tools and technologies to reduce product costs, development costs, and time to market while increasing innovation. - Developing and implementing strategies, best practice methodologies, enabling technology solutions, and change management programs to help manage products across their entire lifecycle, from concept to end - Leading Global client projects in the areas of design, development and implementation of new and improved business processes, specifically core Engineering processes and best practices Should have strong experience in the below areas: - Software engineering - Engineering Analytics - Portfolio and Program Management - Product Engineering - DevX &amp; DevOps - The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C - Suite executives across geo's &amp; have strong global client exposure - Responsible for the design, coding and development of the product &amp; Innovation is preferred - Be open to travel across global regions - Valid Visa is a plus
