Senior Leader - Product Analyst - Investment Bank

Exciting opportunity with one of the leading Investment Bank aggressively looking for a leadership role to delivering a service across developing, maintaining and enhancing data-driven ideas and solutions for sustainable and responsible investment and consider ESG (environmental, social and governance) issues in relation to every company in which they invest.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Support to the ESG communication strategy, including corporate disclosure, policy and procedures, client reporting, RFP and marketing language and presentations.

- Ensure internal and external ESG data is captured efficiently and effectively.

- Contribute to the enhancement of data-driven solutions and analysis to further the integration of ESG into Newton's investment process and for external communications.

- Feed into the responsible investment reporting process through actionable insights.

- Maintain a good knowledge of the processes, products, trends and developments within the responsible and sustainable investment landscape.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Experience of writing and producing detailed reports, analysis, and research notes.

- Strong data analytical skills.

- An appreciation and understanding of the ESG factors that exist within listed companies from an investment perspective, corporate position, or consulting background.

- Experience of working with company financial statements and knowledge of financial terminologies.

- Ability to recognize material issues that might or might not affect companies in the future and understand how this could impact potential investment opportunities.

- Conduct and deliver research in an informative, engaging, and influential manner.
