Senior Leader - Marketing Analytics - Financial Services Captive

Our client is one of the leading Financial Services Captive setup, looking to hire a Senior Leader for the Marketing Analytics role.

- The role will be responsible for leading and performing analytical and statistical work in multiple marketing analytics areas which includes design of experiments, marketing mix modelling, measurement of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, attribution analysis etc.

- Mentoring and managing a team of analyst and enhance the statistical rigour in the current focus areas of the team.

- This position will be working in close co-ordination with the Campaign Operations, Direct Mail Programs and Integrated Marketing teams in India and US to evangelize statistical initiatives for improving marketing effectiveness.

Desired Profile:

- Expected to have in-depth understanding of techniques like ANOVA, structural equation modelling, time series econometric modelling.

- The candidate is expected to have subject matter expertise in core statistical concepts and demonstrated statistical/ econometric modelling skills using tools like SAS, eMiner, R or other statistical modelling software.

- Ability to understand business problems and design advanced statistical and analytical solutions independently.

- Demonstrated expertise in techniques like Time series regression, Hierarchical Linear Models, Structural equation, ANCOVA, ANOVA, Full factorial design, Fractional factorial design etc.

- Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analysing customer behaviour to influence change in the direct marketing and media strategy.

- Experience in mining data using SAS/R/SQL.

- Experience in unstructured data analytics would be a plus.

Education & Experience:

- Masters/PHD in Analytics or related subject from a reputed university

- 11-13 years of overall Analytics experience

- Financial services/ Retail industry experience preferred
