DUTIES:

1. You will be a Senior Leader-GBS Advisory at an appropriate level.

2. You will collaborate and lead engagements in GIC or Captive advisory.

3. You will work on offshoring strategy, operating models, driving transformation programs, sourcing strategy, and vendor portfolio optimization.

4. You will lead engagements in GIC setup by strategizing across design, build, run, and transform for Technology or BPM functions.

5. You will collaborate and lead IT-BPM outsourcing-related programs.

6. You will work closely with client stakeholders.
