Senior Leader - Control Officer, International Bank

One of our Global banking client is looking to hire senior controls leader with 15+ years solid experience in managing banking operation risk & control along with managing team

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- As a first line of defence need to work with stakeholders across the lines of defence to ensure that the risk profile for the overseen business areas are complete, accurate and maintained.

- Ensuring that operational activity aligns with the risk activity of the company.

- Supervise key risk indicators against prescribed limits and providing monitoring and testing results updates to the appropriate governance bodies and senior leadership.

- Managing assurance issues and actions ensuring timely completion and effective accountability within the Operations Leadership Team.

To qualify for this role you will require :

- Qualified degree with relevant 10+ years of leadership experience in banking operation controls and governance.

- Working knowledge and practical involvement around risks in the Consumer, Fraud and Mortgage businesses.
