Senior Leader - Business Development - UAE & GCC

Our client is a leading Recruiting Tech startup in India. They are VC funded and are on an expansion spree in the UAE and GCC markets. Currently they are seeking a senior leader to spearhead their business development efforts. The candidate must have the following skillsets:

1. Understanding of recruiting services and products as client offerings.

2. Prior experience with a recruiting firm in their sales or BD teams.

3. Carving out and developing BD strategies for UAE and GCC regions.

4. Managing top line revenues and acquiring logos.

5. Constantly in touch with potential clients to convert them into business opportunities.
