Senior Lead/Senior Manager - Consulting Projects

What we Expect (Skills & Experience)

1. 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or program management of a high growth social impact venture with masters/doctoral from a Premier School

2. Experience in managing Trade Enhancement Projects with clarity on all International Trade and Commerce concepts is a must

3. Proven program management experience with the ability to breakdown complex projects into executable tasks with agile methodologies in the trade promotion, international relations and economic development sector is a must

4. Ability to structure, summarise & present complex topics effectively to a geographically dispersed audience

5. Strong executive presence with ability to manage through high-intensity and high-pressure environment

6. Drive to find new ways to improve current processes and develop out of the box solutions that can be implemented in real-time

7. Entrepreneurial nature with a growth mindset

8. Comfortable in multitasking and prioritising multiple time-sensitive initiatives

9. Extremely detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills

What you can Expect (Role & Responsibilities):

1. You will be responsible for driving strategic trade consulting projects across various sectors while coordinating with internal and senior external stakeholders

2. Translate the vision and goals into actions across the project charter, while supporting various program leads in high impact project delivery

3. You will be monitoring various programs progress and maintaining quality, while course-correcting for on time delivery

4. It is essential for you to develop tools, systems and refine processes for effective and efficient execution

5. Ensure delivery of presentations and collaterals with insightful research, relevant information, arguments and proof of concepts.
