Senior Lead - Research/Due Diligence - Investment Bank

Our client is a Global Investment Bank who is growing their presence in India and is searching for Research & Due Diligence (Vice President) to join their regional team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting due diligence on Global Asset & Wealth Management companies/Fund managers and rating their products.

- Preparing Investment Research reports providing a detailed assessment of the strategy, investment process, investment team, performance, positioning and fees.

- Conducting investment performance measurement, attribution & risk analysis for single and multi-asset class portfolios and incorporating the results into investment/market commentaries

- Conducting investment reviews/due diligence meetings with institutional clients explaining the performance results and changes in portfolio positioning and linking them with market trends

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services industry, preferably in Wealth Management, Asset Servicing & Fund Management.

- Good understanding of Capital Markets Asset Classes - Equity, Fixed Income, Real Assets, Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Private & Alternative Investments

- Hands on experience in Research, Due Diligence, Quantitative and Analytical skills - MS Office Suite, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, DataStream, Capital IQ, Ibbotson, Factiva, Style Research

- Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role

- Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
