Senior Lead - Product Manager - NETC

Accountability:

1. Prepare short term and long-term strategies & roadmap for the products, considering the customer demand and analytics

2. Customer focus through research and data analysis

3. Develop the overall product offering for the products including their cost and pricing as well as their specifications, norms and user guidelines aligned to the goal of increasing the top line and transaction volumes

4. Drive feature enhancements in coordination with the technology team for allotted products (along with associated project management) to implement the future product lines

5. Actively monitor and drive transaction volume and revenue for NETC and undertake strategies to maximize them; work with marketing and business development teams to ideate and execute focused interventions to drive product visibility and penetration

6. Provide oversight on NETC product management to drive transaction volume and revenue from NETC

7. Ensure timely update of any feature enhancement and adequate training regarding the same to the business development and operations team

8. Oversee the seamless provision of certification and Onboarding support to all the banks and ASPs, with quick turnaround time
