Role Title: Sr. Lead - Legal M&A

Designation: Associate Director

Work Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key notes:

- Stronger M&A experience in the profiles.

- Profiles having 7-9 years of experience in working with smaller law firms who execute all the work in-house and don't use any external support.

- Person should be a self-starter and can pick up things very quickly.

- Atleast 6 years of relevant experience into M&A space, due diligence etc.

- Experience in M&A should cover asset transfers, business transfers, share purchases and investments, mergers, and structuring and due diligence for such transactions. Experience in the Pharma industry will be a plus point

- Should have experience in independently drafting and negotiating M&A documentation.
