Senior Lead - Legal - Bank - LLB/LLM

One of our international Banking client is looking to expand their Legal Team hence interested in talking to experienced candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience, who have had prior experience in Trade Finance, Asset management and Lending transactions. Experience in Documentation and drafting of legal agreements, related to Derivatives product, & CSA, ISDA Master Agreements.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Documentation and drafting of legal agreements.

- Provide support in reviewing and structuring legal agreements

- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders in negotiation/execution of legal documents

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- LLB/LLM from a reputed Institute

- Experience in another financial institution, corporate MNC or premium law firm

- Very High Attention to detail

- Knowledge of the U.S. legislative and regulatory process.
