Our client is a leading multinational architecture, design, planning and consulting firm. The company is spearheaded by a dynamic team that brings to the table vast entrepreneurial and architectural experience with them from reputed organizations.

- As a Senior Lead HR Operations, you will be responsible for delivering HR operations on entire employee lifecycle management. This is a role across India covering Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.

What you will do:

- Implementing effective HR practices

- Supporting for onboarding, performance appraisals, separations and employee lifecycle events

- Updating and maintaining SOPs for all HR processes

- Updating and introducing HR policies in line with the business and organization requirement

- Keeping an updated employee handbook with all relevant details and information

- Evaluating and improving the current HR practices/ process to keep with time and external benchmarks

- Executing personnel transactions (e.g., offer letter creation, on boarding, HR onboarding for new joiners, payroll admin, benefits administration, performance management admin, learning admin, reference letters, employee data change and organizational data change)

- Conducting personnel data verification

- Auditing and analysing data for discrepancies; reconciling conflicting data and making appropriate corrections and corrective actions

- Preparing, reviewing reports/ dashboards and recommending actions to address

- Designing additional ad hoc internal reports/dashboards as needed

- Performing information searches, analysing data based on research objectives and presenting information in appropriate format to best represent findings

- Proactively providing dashboards/ analytics for HR

- Maintaining files/ records of employees as per statutory requirements and employment and labour laws

- Leading all HR related audits for the organisation

- Ensuring governance in the India organisation for all HR systems and processes and employment laws

- Working with the vendor to manage the deliverables for labour compliance

- Managing team of 3 HR Ops team members to deliver HR services

- Coaching, career counselling and managing their performance

- Working with the payroll vendor and Finance team to ensure payroll is processed accurately and disbursed on time

- Ensuring timelines are met to ensure no impact on downstream activities

- Planning and executing to meet the TAT and quality

- Responding to various requests for information, as needed

- Supporting any special project requirements

- Initiating and implementing HR process improvements

- Conducting induction for new joiners

- Designing, updating, sharing and maintaining SOPs for all HR processes

- Managing vendors and contractors (Benefits, Payroll & HR Compliance)

Desired Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- 7-8 years of HR operations/ HR generalist experience

- Prior experience in a start-up is desirable

- Ability to act as the brand ambassador of the organisation

- Highest level of integrity and fairness

- Effective communication skills

- People management skills

- Commercial and business acumen as well as strategic orientation

- Multi-tasking abilities- Handling HR for all units, in multiple locations

- Willingness to travel occasionally if required
