- Work with Internal teams to get the best vendors onboarded
- Collaborate with Vendor/Partners to scout for and curate best learning solution as per the customer need

- Ensure TAT is maintained at each step.
- Identify and Call out challenges and risks, at the right time
- Basic Coordination and alignment of stakeholders
- Selling/Upselling/Evangelism/Customer Success
- Ensure right customer education about OT Concept and ways of working
- Ensure closer of the requests raised by the customer, leading to bookings and revenue realization
- Speak to various stakeholders of the customer and ensure OT's adoption increases, leading to growth of revenue
- Process Improvement & Leading People
- Work towards improving the existing process at customer end as well as within OT (inter-department collaboration)
- Work on improving the training material used to onboard and orient newly hired LC team members
- Groom, Coach and develop junior members from the team and help them take-up bigger responsibilities

Experience :
- 7-10 Years of Experience
- 3+ years of experience in consulting role or sales or account management role in Learning and Development Products
- 3+ years of Core Learning & Development experience
- Prior experience of creating developmental journeys on their own
- Prior experience with start-ups will be a plus
