Senior/Lead Business Analyst - Internet/Online

We have a requirement for the following,

Position: Senior / Lead Business Analyst

Location: Dairy Circle, Bangalore

Role: Permanent

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creating business dashboards for Business heads & CXOs

- Designing and implementing the analytical projects for insights which drive the business goals and decisions (Ex: How to improve Order value, how to improve conversions etc)

- Defining & Tracking metrics which help evaluate the health of business

- Leading the team of Analysts

- Mentoring& Planning the work of Business analysts

- Building automated alerting systems for proactive &pre-emptive actions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master's OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering from premier institutes preferred

- R, SAS, Qlikview, Google Analytics, MixPanel (GOOD TO HAVE)

- Excel, MySQL (MUST)

- Experience with RDBMS & Business Intelligence is needed
