Senior Knowledge Associate - Taxation - CoE - CA

Qualification: CA

Thorough knowledge & Experience of:

- Direct Tax, Corporate Tax (Income Tax & DTAA)

- Corporate Law & International Tax

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyzing and interpreting provisions under the Income Tax Act as also provisions pertaining to International Tax, dealing with interpretation of Tax Treaties

- Conducting technical research and preparing memos, opinions, presentation, etc. on technical issues raised by the engagement team

- Liasoning with the Counsels as may be required

- Overall responsibility for execution of the assigned engagements

- Taking technical sessions in internal Learning and Education (L&E) sessions

- Guiding and overseeing the work of Analysts
