Senior Key Accounts Lead
Domnic Lewis is mandated to hire a Senior Key Accounts Lead, Ecommerce for the Thane Location
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ambitious growth plans for key ecommerce platforms, taking full ownership of business delivery.
- Manage and optimize channel marketing, visibility, and consumer promotion budgets to ensure channel profitability.
Visibility Metrics:
- Maintain high cataloguing standards and fill levels to enhance brand representation across all categories.
- Innovate content strategies to improve organic reach and engagement.
- Actively participate in key marketplace events to maximize brand visibility.
Operational Metrics:
- Ensure seamless replication of operations across multiple warehouse locations.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize stock availability and streamline logistics.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with marketplace teams, internal brand and category teams, supply chain stakeholders, and other value chain partners to drive brand growth and sales.
People Management:
- Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members.
- Recruit and cultivate a highly motivated and self-driven team to sustainably and profitably grow the ecommerce business for the brands.
Experience & Qualifications (Mandatory):
- MBA from a reputable institution, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or ecommerce roles with P&L responsibility.
- Prior experience in ecommerce marketplace management is essential.
- Proven ability to lead teams and thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Strong affinity for quantitative analysis and proficiency in financial metrics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, analytical, and lateral thinking abilities.
- Outstanding relationship management skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
